HOW TO BECOME A BETTER YOU EVERYDAY


1) Become more observant. Notice everything that surrounds you. The world is full of ideas, words, wisdom, mistakes and experiences.

2) Collect ideas. Ideas and thoughts tend to evaporate from your mind too fast, try to write or sketch them down before it's too late.

3) Read. Read a lot. Reading is probably the best way to let your mind escape. Devote at least 30 minutes per day to reading. So ideally, always have a book with you.

4) Analyze your day. Before you go to bed spend 10 minutes to go over your whole day. Take the time to think about what went well and what you accomplished, and what mistakes you made or things you didn't get done.

5) Start writing. Even if it's just on your phone or in a journal. Write out your thoughts. Help clear your mind and write down the goals you have for yourself.
