10 Things to do when you feel like crap!!

1. Have a really long, hot shower. Cry if you feel like you need to. Feel sorry for yourself for whatever it is that's going on. Let the steam soak into your skin. Let the hot water wash your face clean. But, the moment you turn off the water, you are done feeling sorry for yourself. Make a decision to move on from that sadness.

2. Clean. I know, cleaning isn't very fun like who likes cleaning? But - how about that feeling you have when you are all finished? The clean smell afterwards or feeling accomplished with having things put together. Who knows, you might even find some money along the way. It's like starting with a clean slate.

3. Go for a run. This gets your endorphins and dopamine going crazy and will actually make you happier. You'll get more energy and more happiness because of the chemicals in your body moving around!

4. Drink tea. Not a tea fan? Try some hot water with a slice of lemon and some agave syrup.

5. Make a decision to stop holding certain grudges. We all have people we've held grudges on in the past, and it's time to let some of those go. 

6. Create a vision board. Start planning your ideas and adventures; this will make you excited to look forward to something.

7. Read your favorite chapter from your favorite book, or watch an episode of your favorite show! 

8. Make a playlist of all your favorite songs, and go for a long drive. Spend the day somewhere new and try a new place to eat. 

9. Clean out / rearrange your wardrobe, and donate things you don’t need or wear anymore. 

10. Make a list of 3 goals, break them down and make steps on how to achieve what you want. When you’ve completed them check em off and you’ll feel so accomplished. They can be big or small goals!!
