Eating healthy can make you feel so much more energized and on top of things for all of your tasks everyday. Here are some healthier options that I've found I really like :)

* Apple Cider Morning Detox

ingredients-apple cider vinegar 2tbsp, lemon juice 2tbsp, honey 1tbsp, water 1glass (mix all together).

* Super Green Cleansing Smoothie (makes 3-4 servings)

produce- 2 bananas, 3 cups Girl super greens organic, 1 cup pineapples

refrigerated- 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup water

nuts & seeds- 3 tbsp chia seeds

frozen- ice as desired

* Chia/Lemon Water Detox

12 oz water

1tbsp chia seeds

one lemon wedge

* Sautéed Zucchini

zucchini (whatever kind you prefer)

olive oil

salt & pepper

crushed red pepper flakes

* Caprese Salad

sliced fresh mozzarella

tomatoes

basil

salt & pepper

olive oil

* Avocado Toast & Egg Whites

avocado

wheat bread

salt & pepper

eggs

*Asparagus

salt & pepper

olive oil

bake at 350 fro 10 mins

* Iced Coffee Protein Shake

1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 cup brewed coffee, 1/2 banana, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 2 cups ice (blend)

* Edamame

add sea salt ;)

* Banana Toast

sliced banana

wheat bread

honey

peanut butter or almond butter

chia seeds

organic coconut strips

* Veggies & Hummus

* Green Tea or Peppermint Tea

green tea/peppermint tea

organic honey for extra sweetness
